Professor Emeritus, Market, Policy Trade Department of Rural Economy, University of

(Jim) is a lawyer by profession with extensive experience in government, politics,

Assembly from 1975 to 1993, including fourteen years as Minister of various portfolios.

Gerry Bourdeau,
Former Deputy Minister, Alberta International, Intergovernmental and Aboriginal
Relations from 2000 to 2008. He has held numerous positions in government and the
private sector involved in public relations and communications, export development,
marketing and journalism. He currently serves as President of a management
consulting firm providing strategic management services to government and the private
sector.
